A New Chapter Begins: Choowee HQ Is Open

A New Chapter Begins: Choowee HQ Is Open

By Sian Potter

When the dream to create a new baking space started, I never thought the day would arrive, the day Choowee HQ opened!

Since moving into our new house last July, every time I looked out of my window, I imagined seeing the run-down garage turning into a beautiful, bespoke bakery, right on our doorstep. Fast-forward to today, and that is exactly what I now see: our brand-new Choowee HQ!

I had a dream, a vision, and my husband Chris knew exactly what we needed. He put the wheels in motion, and for that, I’m so grateful for his support. And so the journey began…

It hasn’t been easy, the amount of hours, blood, sweat and tears that have gone into creating this wonderful masterpiece can’t be underestimated, and I’m so thankful to my family for helping me every step of the way - from digging the stone out the ground and doing the stone work to make it authentic, and everything in between – together we have transformed it into the most amazing baking space that fits in beautifully into it’s location, the Lincolnshire Wolds. We, of course, must thank our builder, Liam, too, for helping the vision come to life.

But we also have you to thank, our wonderful customers. Our ever-growing business means this space is much needed to meet the demand, experiment with new, exciting flavours, and to make us even bigger and better!

Everything inside the bakery seems to be taking shape, and although we are very much up and running inside the bakery, there are still a few décor pieces I’ll be adding, as after all, this will be my second home (sorry, kids!), and I really want it to have that warm, homely feel.

Whilst our bakery isn’t open to the public, when you need that sweet fix, we have selected days to collect pre-purchased orders. Keep your eyes peeled on our social media platforms and our website for the selected dates.

Thank you for being part of our journey.

Sian x
